Our mission was simple, construct an aircraft management company from the ground-up that understands and empowers the business traveler of today. We wanted to expand the opportunity of private air transportation to individuals and businesses that, until now were prohibited by cost or operational challenges. We've combined decades of industry expertise to make a system that is inherently customer focused, streamlined and cost effective. We are proud to offer Houston the next generation of private flight.

Our Team
Michael Quisenberry
Director of operations
Michael fell in love with flying as a private pilot long before he decided to turn his passion into a career. Once he realized that flying was what truly made him happy he attended American Flyers in Addison, Texas and acquired his Instrument, Commercial, Multi-Engine and finally his Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Licenses. Also, while attending Michael became a Certified Instrument Flight instructor in both single and multi-engine aircraft.
After completion of his education Michael was hired by American Flyers as a flight instructor. During his time with the company he was able to grow and advance from a novice private pilot to a well-trained and proficient corporate pilot. Also, during this time Michael enlisted in the United States Army Reserves and became a Certified Avionics Technician, serving his country loyally for eight years.
Michael’s growth in knowledge of both flight and the business aspects of Part 135, 121 and 91 allowed him to excel within his field of expertise from flight instructing to becoming the Director of Operations for American Flyers where he spent his days educating future pilots and ensuring that the business remained on course financially and within State Regulated Operation.
Today, Michael is again serving in the capacity that he loves; as pilot. He enjoys serving his constituents and ensuring that their needs are not only meet while being served by Quintessential Air, but are exceeded. He prides himself on customer service and exception flight experience.
Michael resides in Houston, Texas, is the proud parent of three children, and enjoys spending his time off relaxing with his family, and enjoying a vast array of outdoor sport activities. He is an avid hunter, fisherman and golfer.

Deonne Quisenberry
Director of business development
Deonne comes to Q Air with over 16 years of knowledge and expertise in corporate aviation. Early in her career, Deonne found herself thrilled by the opportunities aviation could unlock for businesses and individuals and began expanding her professional knowledge. She is the business superpower behind Q Air – never wasting an opportunity to expand her understanding and improve Q Air’s service.
Deonne has attended the Aviation Institute of Maintenance in Dallas and is currently earning her NBAA Certified Aviation Management Certification. She has a relentless passion for customer service and an unparalleled attention to detail, making her the greatest asset for day-to-day operations at Q Air.
Deonne holds a Bachelors in Education from Cameron University and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Above all, she is the proud mother of three amazing children. When she finds some downtime, Deonne loves cooking, reading, and all things ocean-related.
